1. Return Eligibility
   Buyers may submit return request within 30 days after receiving the goods.
   Items must be unused, kept in original packaging and in resalable condition. Damaged, worn or customized goods cannot be returned.
2. Return Shipping Cost
   Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, unless we shipped wrong items or defective products.
3. Refund Process
   After we receive and inspect returned goods, we will process refund within 3–7 business days. The fund will be returned to the original payment account.
4. How to Apply for Refund

5. Non-refundable Items
   Customized products, clearance sale items are non-refundable.
